We Have a Winner!
Alexandra Macartney has won the “Bring a Friend to Camp contest.” Alexandra entered the contest by sharing her camp experience with a friend that has never attended an East Ohio Camps event. For her efforts Alexandra will be awarded an Apple Ipod Nano. In addition to the chance at the Grand prize, entrants received a $10.00 “Bring a Friend” discount on the cost of their next East Ohio Camps Event. Thank you to Alexandra and everyone who shared their love of camp with others!
Campers are Beating the Heat, Finding God
Campers at East Ohio Camps have been having a great time, despite the heat of the past few weeks. They are having a blast splashing around at the water carnivals, getting slimy at the mud slides, flying into the lake off the Super Launch, sewing the latest fashions at fashion camp, flying around the track at the go karts, riding the range at horse camp, and all the other great things you get to experience at Summer Camp. Most importantly, campers are experiencing Christian birth, growth and renewal as they live in community; worshipping, praying, studying scripture, singing great songs, and learning about Christ.
