Babysitters Training

Become a certified Babysitter! This certification is taught by the American Red Cross and, if completed, will certify you as a babysitter. Roller Coaster Camp

We are going to load our equipment, you, and ourselves into our van and hit the road. We will go to Cedar Point, Geauga Lake, Kings Island, and one other park, riding as many coasters as possible.

Discover Scuba
Ages 12 to 15 on July 16th
We will prepare and practice the essentials of scuba diving during the first few days of camp. Then, towards the end of the week, we will head out to a pool, put on the gear, and go underwater.

Music Art Drama Dance…MADD Camp
Grades 8-12 in the fall of 2007
Now with one extra night!!!  Stay through Saturday instead of leaving on Friday night.  We will be going to a local church Friday night and put on a public performance for the local community, then on Saturday we will perform again for family and friends!!!  Music, Art, Drama, Dance, will be on the menu for anyone wishing to express their creativity.  Play in the band, sing in the choir, dance on your toes, draw, paint, play your guitar, create great crafts and act up all you want.  We will have several interest groups you can choose from each day … interpretive dance, video production, themed dancing, guitar (bring your own guitar for this one), scrap booking, stamping, sign language, song writing, creative writing, clowning, juggling, digital photography, and many more.  Celebrate your many M.A.D.D. God-given gifts as you learn how great it is to share them with others.

Counselor in Training- Leadership Training

Every year, almost every camper says,  "I want to be a C.I.T." If you are an Aldersgate camper you already know who these amazing C.I.T.'s are.  Here is how you can become one.  This program is a leadership training camp.  The camp staff will train you on how to lead many of the games and activities we do here at Aldersgate. Then - if you pass the course - you will be invited back to work as a C.I.T. during other weeks of the summer.  You will get to help lead games, run activities and get special privileges to do all the things you've seen C.I.T.'s do when you were a camper.  Sign up early, space is limited. You'll receive a packet after you register.
