congregation and neighborhood get to camp where they can
have fun, make new friends, and explore their faith.

Promotional Tools –

Summer Camp Promotion in your local church or
organization. Included are instructions and ideas.
Sample Bible Study Lessons
from our Summer Camp Curriculum, “PRAY!” – these can be
used in Sunday School, After-School Programs or Youth
Gatherings to introduce Summer Camp to your children and
youth.
Children’s Time Lesson
- a great tool to be used in worship for Children’s
Moments/Sermon to introduce the theme “Listen! God is
Calling” and get children thinking about summer camp.
Camp Sunday Worship Resources
– resources to use to aid in planning a Camp Sunday
Worship Service including hymns, songs, scripture and
liturgy suggestions.

Skit – On
day five of the week long programs, the campers will
focus on “Listening” for God. This skit is one of the
resources we will be using at camp. Feel free to use
this resource to introduce the summer camp theme of
“Listen! God is Calling” and to promote summer camp
2007.
Party in a Box” -
Host a “Party in a Box” in your neighborhood or church!
Invite your friends, neighbors and relatives and
tell them about your Summer Camp experience at Camp
Aldersgate, Camp Asbury or Camp Wanake! Included: One
Summer Camp DVD, 10 Summer Camp Brochures, Invitations
to your “Party in a Box”, Suggested Party Schedules,
Refreshment Ideas Sheet, Games & Activities Ideas Sheet,
Arts & Crafts Ideas Sheets, 10 “Give-Aways”, Bible
