Registration is Open!
Please register early as events fill quickly. Registration deadline is two (2) weeks before the event unless otherwise indicated. Telephone registrations cannot be accepted.

Register by event number (not by the date or event name). The grade level of the event corresponds to the grade that the camper will be entering – in the fall of 2012.
Church information is optional and is used for reporting purposes. Complete the Church information section accurately, including the church address, district and Church's conference appointment number, which can be obtained from your pastor or church secretary. This is not for billing purposes. If your church is paying any portion of your camp fee, then it is YOUR responsibility to provide them with the information needed for them to pay.
Payment
Include the full fee with the Registration Form, or send a minimum deposit of $40 per event or ½ the event fee, whichever is less. The balance is due at least two (2) weeks before the event. All checks should be made payable to East Ohio Conference – UMC. Mail to East Ohio Conference – UMC, P.O. Box 76021, Cleveland, Ohio 44101-4755.
If your registration is postmarked by May 1, 2011, you may pay the early bird price. Or you may pay the entire fee and ask that the difference go into the Campership Fund to help others attend camp.
We will not be billing your church. Please contact your church immediately after registering and provide them with the information needed for them to pay if they are to do so.
Cost of camp stretching your budget?
Your church may help pay a part of the fee. Check with your Camp Contact Person or your Pastor.
Your district may have Campership Funds available. Check with your District Office.
You can pay in 3, 4 or 5 monthly payments. Call the Camp Office at 800-831-3972 ext. 108 to arrange.
In cases of extreme need, a very limited amount of Campership funds are available from the Conference office. Contact Gary Jones at 1-800-831-3972 ext. 120 for an application.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a packet within 2 weeks of registering which includes a confirmation letter, a Guide for Parents, a Get Acquainted form, a permission form and a health form. The health form and the permission form must be signed by the camper's parent or guardian and brought to the event.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the event you register for is cancelled by us, we will help you select another event. If another selection will not work out, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellation 14 days or more before the first day of the event, all fees paid LESS THE MINIMUM REGISTRATION FEE will be returned, or full payment is transferred to another event if possible.
If the cancellation is less than 14 days before the first day of the event, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
In the event of illness, accident, or family emergency, all fees LESS A $10 HANDLING CHARGE will be returned IF NOTICE IS GIVEN PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP.
No refunds or fee transfers will be made for those who fail to show up on opening day.
Helping Others
Lots of kids and adults only experience camp because of loving sponsors who support them by gifts of money. Options:
- Sponsor a local child from your church or neighborhood.
- Make a tax deductible gift to Advance Fund 9899. Mail to the office address listed above in the payment section.
- Call Gary Jones at 800-831-3972 ext. 120 for individuals to sponsor.
Registration Policy
East Ohio Camps are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, gender or national origin. An equal number of males/females may be required for some events and some events are designed for only girls or only boys.
