NEW HORSE DAY CAMP AT WANAKE
Spend time each day at the NEW Wanake Ranch with the horses: grooming, leading and riding. (More than 6 hours with the horses) We will also enjoy swims, a meal at the chuck wagon campfire, Cowboy church, and horse projects or crafts. It’s time to hit the trail at the Wanake Ranch. Come for an overnight adventure with ponies and horses. Mount up for Thursday afternoon and Friday morning beginner’s riding lessons. CREATIVE TORNADO WEEK

The creative tornado will hit Wanake Sunday, June 17th. Be there to get in on the action as a tornado of ideas, designs, musical notes, and dramatic lines crescendo into a work of art. This week features opportunities to explore many aspects of the arts and a chance to go deeper into an area you wish to “Major” in for the week. In addition this entire group of campers will work together to create an original artistic presentation. You and your group will create it from the initial ideas to the final form and spend time each day bringing it to life. Majors include:

Drama – It’s Showtime with our director Eileen Moore. Show off your dramatic side and put your faith on center stage.
Instrumental Music – Bring your instrument for a week of fun music making with a band director. Try jazz improve, play music you help create, and make a joyful noise to the Lord.
The Visual Arts – Draw, paint (watercolor and acrylics), sketch, and create art in the ultimate design studio, God’s Creation. Our resident artist will be our guide.
Vocal Music – Warm up your vocal chords with a local vocal performer. Learn to enhance your range and unique sound as you Praise the Lord in song. In addition to learning the basics of vocal performance we will learn and perform the songs we write.
