Every year, hundreds of East Ohio campers enjoy
fanatasic life-changing weeks at Camp Aldersgate, Camp Asbury, Camp Wanake or at one of the Other Opportunities offered for
youth. They come to these great places and have
incredible
experiences, making new friends, trying new things,
learning about God, learning about themselves and taking
it all home.
Our
2007 Summer Theme is: On the Way! Campers will be
invited to take their own journeys. Whether walking,
wandering, fleeing, or traveling along the way, biblical
characters are constantly on a journey of faith with
God. This summer campers will hear the stories of the
journeys taken by God’s people and they will be invited
to take their own journeys – to camp, within the camp
community, and back home.

Registration
Registration opens March 1, 2007. More
registration information will be available as
the March 1st date approaches.
Early Bird Discount
Some of our events are eligible for early bird
registration. For those events that have an
early bird price and your registration is
postmarked by May 1,
2007, you are eligible for the early
bird price. Or you may pay the entire fee and
ask that the difference go into the Campership
Fund to help others attend camp. All
registrations postmarked after May 1, 2007, will
pay the standard registration price.
Sibling Discount
If
more than one child from your family is going to
camp this year … You pay full price for one
child and deduct $10 off the price of each
additional child. |
Do you want to save $10 on your 2007 camping
fee?
All you have to do is have a friend sign up for
an event who has not been to East Ohio Camps
before.
Here’s how it works. Have a friend who has never
been to East Ohio Camps sign up for an event at
one of our camps. Your friend fills out the
discount coupon giving your name and event
number that you are going to attend. The coupon
must
be sent with your friend’s registration form to
our office. When we have verified that your
friend is a new camper who has never been to
East Ohio Camps before we will credit your
account with a $10 discount.

American Camp Association Camps Set the Standard
Our camps are all ACA accredited.
ACA Accreditation means that the camp you are
considering for your child cares enough to undergo a
thorough (over 300 standards) review of its operation —
from staff qualifications and training to emergency
management. American Camp Association collaborates with
experts from The American Academy of Pediatrics, the
American Red Cross, and other youth service agencies to
assure that current practices at the camp reflect the
most up-to-date, research-based standards in camp
operation. Camps and ACA form a partnership that
promotes summers of growth and fun in an environment
committed to safety.
