Specific Help for your Local Church Planning

• Ministry Audit including 250 questions to analyze your total situation and help you plan for the future.

• Percept Ministry Area Profile to help you focus on demographic information pertinent to your congregation and community (must be ordered separately)

• Congregations survey covering a comprehensive overview of your church as seen by your members

• Worship survey detailing present patterns of attendance

• A readiness survey/chart of your church staff, detailing their openness to change

• A readiness survey/chart of your Administrative Board/Council, detailing their openness to change

• A two or three-day on-site consultation by the resource person of your choice, designed to gather and correlate information needed for your strategic plan

• Your Resource Person will meet with small groups of your choosing to glean ideas and visions shared by members of the congregation

• Three to five hours of teaching seminar related to the information discovered in your Ministry Audit and demographic study

• A final report, revised by congregational and pastoral input, detailing recommendations based on the gathered information
