Sue Zakovec is the
graphic designer and webmaster for the East Ohio Conference Office of Communications. She has
over 25 years experience as
a graphic designer. Her areas of expertise include:
logo design, print media design and production, illustration
and web design. She
has designed numerous logos and publications that have appeared
around the Cleveland metropolitan area.
Zakovec has a Bachelor of Fine Arts
degree majoring in illustration from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia.
Pennsylvania. Having worked in retail advertising then moving into the
printing trade, Zakovec also owned and operated her own design agency, ImageFirst, Inc.
She joined the East Ohio Conference
Communications staff in 2000. She designs and maintains the conference and
youth jam web sites, creates the graphic content of East Ohio Joining Hands, and
produces numerous conference publications such as the East Ohio Camps brochure
and Congregational Development brochures. Zakovec also designs and maintains the
Youth Jam web site.
Zakovec and her husband,
Robert, who is also in
the graphics trade, are the parents of 3 children.
