Administrative services
The Facilities Office has the responsibility through the Conference Board of Trustees for the
oversight and operation of the Area Center. The conference parsonages,
Episcopal residence,
district parsonages and all conference property and insurance.
Property matters such as closing of churches, abandoning churches, and questions about
disciplinary procedures for property should be directed to this office.
We can assist local churches with questions they might have about building additions,
architects, contractors, parsonages and other property matters.
