Scholarship will be given to a Seminary Student that is
Evangelical in doctrine and practice, as evidenced by their
statements of faith and by the recommendations of those who
know them. Preference will be given to individuals who are
pursuing Elders Orders and plan to serve in the Pastoral
Ministry of the East Ohio Annual Conference. The recipient
must be in the Candidacy Process working toward Ordination
as an Elder.

is an additional BOM grant available to ethnic minority
students, whether they are certified candidates or not.
2. Must
be seeking ordination in EOC as an Elder or as a Deacon.
3.This
grant is also available to ethnic minority undergraduate
pre-seminary students.
4.
Applicants who are not certified candidates must be in
relationship with their District Committee on Ministry.
