Survey seeks input on building vital congregations

As part of the Call to Action focus on vital congregations, a resource called The Ministry Plan is being created. This tool will help identify strengths, challenges and goals for United Methodist congregations. The input of United Methodist laypeople and clergy on this survey will help shape the final Ministry Plan document.
