RACIAL ETHNIC MINISTRIES

141 SOW Instructors

Instructors for 141 SOW are included in a racial-ethnic population of pastors in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. Since 141 SOW is a pilot/test project, it is feasible to include only a sampling of the total population of racial-ethnic pastors in its implementation. The final selection for the project was decided via convenience sampling along with recommendations from current or past district superintendents.
