At the bottom of the login page, click on “enroll here”.  (The company name is East Ohio Conference). Follow the steps through the log-in process.

(Eligible participants are full-time active clergy enrolled in the Comprehensive Protection Plan (CPP) as well as full-time Conference responsible employees enrolled in the Conference Health Benefit Plan.)
