Medical Mutual of
Ohio's (MMOH) websites:
www.mmoh.com and
www.supermednetwork.com are
websites will allow participants to search for providers.
Once on the MMOH's
home page, click on 'Find a Doctor' located in the left column. Next
screen titled, 'Find a Physician or Hospital', click on the box in
the center of page 'Medical Mutual', then follow the steps outlined
to search for a provider. (Acrobat Reader is necessary to download
a directory.)

www.supermednetwork.com Select your topic and follow
the directions. Or to verify if a provider is within the MMOH group:
call 1-800-601-9208.
In addition to
Medical Mutual of Ohio (MMOH), participants residing in Cambridge
and St. Clairsville Districts will have access to a West Virginia
PPO by the name of 4Most. Participants residing in Steubenville,
Youngstown and Painesville may use Pennsylvania providers through a
PPO called Devon.
A '4Most' and
'Devon' provider search can be done through Medical Mutual of Ohio's
(MMOH) website

find a doctor or hospital. Then select the icon that matches the
one on the ID card.
