Due to forecasted arctic cold weather, the Sunday, January 19 service celebrating the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was postponed until Sunday, February 23 at 4:00 p.m. at Garfield Memorial UMC.
Retired Bishop Julius C. Trimble, general secretary of the General Board of Church & Society of The United Methodist Church will be the keynote speaker.
The service will be livestreamed.
