JURISDICTIONAL CONFERENCE

The 2024 North Central Jurisdictional Conference was held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, July 10-13. At the conference, the North Central Jurisdiction Committee on the Episcopacy announced bishop assignments for the 2025-2028 quadrennium.

Bishop Tracy S. Malone, who has served as resident bishop of the East Ohio Conference since 2016, was assigned to the Indiana Conference. Bishop Hee-Soo Jung, who has served the Wisconsin Conference since 2012, was assigned to serve the new Ohio Episcopal Area which includes both the East and West Ohio Conferences. Both assignments are effective September 1.

The theme of the 2024 NCJ was “Lift Every Voice” and the services and sessions were guided by the words of Romans 12:9-16 (CEB).
