Local Church Report Forms

Please look over the step-by-step instructions before logging into the AC Stats system. As a reminder your username will be the church's GCFA number, which you can get from your church's remittance statement. The passcode for entering the 2024 year-end stats will be 24EOCSTATS!, this passcode will change every year.

Ministry Financials
The Conference has implemented a new online Ministry Financials system to better serve you. Using Ministry Financials churches can use the new system to view their both shared ministry remittance statements and health & pension statements. This new streamlined online view and pay system has replaced the now-discontinued previous system that required multiple steps including downloading forms. Ministry Financials Login
To log in, your username is your church’s 6 digit General Church (GCFA) number. This can be located on the bottom right of your apportionment statements, and your temporary password is EOC2024. You will be prompted to create a unique password after you log in the first time. You should be sure to change the password any time the church changes its treasurer or financial secretary.

Note: If you have recurring payments set up with our old system (Vanco through online payments site), you will need to log-in and cancel them.

Form I-9 Update
On July 17, 2017 the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an updated Employment Eligibility Verification Form, Form I-9, this new form was revised as of  July 17, 2017. The revisions to the new form include some changes to List C and the removal of the words “the end of” from the phrase “the first day of employment” in the instructions for competing Section 1. Employers should make sure Section 1 of the form is completed the first day of employment.
