The Leadership Committee uses the Leadership Interest Survey as well as other sources to provide nominations for persons to be considered in filling vacancies on conference boards, commissions, agencies, and committees. In addition, we use these lists for suggestions of people who might be willing to help with special projects, activities, and ministry teams.
