This role focuses on coordinating events and weekly logistics, recruiting and supporting volunteers, and strengthening communication and visibility across all three congregations. Hudson UMC Nursery School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery School Director to lead our non-profit early childhood program. Serving families from Hudson and surrounding communities, our school is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment with high standards of educational quality. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and daily operations of the school. This role oversees curriculum and staff development, ensures compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations, manages enrollment and financial records, and serves as the primary point of contact for families. Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a heart for early childhood education are essential. This is a part-time position with occasional evening meetings.
