The Coordinator works in close collaboration with the pastors who provide spiritual oversight and pastoral direction, ensuring that congregational care is organized, responsive, and aligned with the parish’s broader ministry. The Children and Youth Director provides leadership for parish-wide ministries serving children, youth, and families. This role focuses on coordinating events and weekly logistics, recruiting and supporting volunteers, and strengthening communication and visibility across all three congregations. Serving families from Hudson and surrounding communities, our school is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment with high standards of educational quality. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and daily operations of the school. This role oversees curriculum and staff development, ensures compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations, manages enrollment and financial records, and serves as the primary point of contact for families. Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a heart for early childhood education are essential. This is a part-time position with occasional evening meetings.
