Welcome to Flourish, the Eight-Year Assessment for clergy. Flourish will be a time for you to discern, dream, and develop as you: grow in discipleship; experience new clarity and direction in your ministry; are holy and wholly-equipped and strengthened; and expand your capacity for pastoral leadership in the future.

The Bishop, the Cabinet, and the Board of Ministry of the East Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church wish you God’s blessings as you move forward in your physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental renewal. May it truly be a holistic approach as you make your plan to bear even more fruit in your ministry in the years ahead!

We will seek to equip and resource pastors and local churches as we live into our Mission: “To make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”
