Payroll Service

At this time, we are not accepting new local church enrollees. We will continue to process the payrolls of churches that had enrolled previously.

Paychex has offered to extend a discounted service to local churches not currently enrolled in our payroll service. To learn more please contact Natasha Schickler, Account Representative at Paychex, via phone at (585) 216-7098, or E-mail.

Payroll Services

Middle and end of month:

• Process payroll
• Direct-deposit employees pay checks
• Prepare statements that employees can view online
• Payroll registers that will be e-mailed to client
• Summary of tax liabilities

Semi-monthly or monthly:

• Calculate, deposit and electronically file all payroll taxes and tax returns
• Prepare signature-ready tax returns, if applicable, and mail to client
• Prepare summary reports for 403(b), wage garnishments, etc.

Quarterly:

• Prepare Federal Forms 941 and Schedule B (if necessary)
• Prepare state and local tax returns

Annual:

• Prepare, file, and reconcile employee W-2 forms
• Prepare employer federal, state, and local payroll returns
