CLERGY WELL-BEING
Financial well-being resources are made available by Wespath to active participants, surviving spouses, those terminated, and retired participants with an account balance of at least $10,000.
Assistance is available for a wide range of topics, including: starting an effective retirement plan; purchasing a home; managing credit cards and other debt; determining how much to save; financing a college education; buying a car; and more. View more information on financial well-being and planning from Wespath.
The Conference Media Center has excellent financial resources for individuals, families, and churches.
Three sample resources:
The Generosity Challenge: 28 Days to a Life of Gratitude. We are born in the image of a loving and generous God; we are born to be generous. In this four-week group study, those seeking to live a more generous life will be exposed to and inspired by cultural, generational, and family attitudes towards generosity.
Saving Grace: A Guide to Financial Health is a program to help people of faith create healthy relationships with money and possessions. Participants will move through six sessions covering such topics as saving, earning, giving, spending, and debt, along with helpful strategies for achieving a sustainable financial life.
Balanced. What does it mean to be financially balanced? In Andy Stanley's six-session DVD study he challenges you to examine what you believe about faith and finances.
