When registering online:
For Asbury, Wanake, and Aldersgate you will be required to complete a Camper Form and a Get Acquainted Form. We may ask that a portion of the Get Acquainted Form be completed by the camper.
Aldersgate, Asbury, Wanake, CYF, ReachOut and Institute will require a Health Form to be completed. You will need your insurance information and a list of camper's medications for this form.
Registration will probably take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes.

If your child has special medical, emotional, physical, or developmental needs that you believe would impact your child’s experience of camp, or require extra care while at camp, please contact the Camp site to discuss your child’s needs before you register.
