Flat Rock Homes 160th Anniversary Celebration | July 31
All are invited to celebrate the 160th anniversary of Flat Rock Homes with guest speaker Bishop Hee-Soo Jung. Flat Rock Homes is a long-time conference Health & Well-Being partner, Fund 9174. The event will take place on July 31 at 5:30 p.m. at Flat Rock Homes in Flat Rock, OH. There will be a silent auction and heavy appetizers and desserts are included with your ticket. Online Volunteers in Mission Team Leader Training | starts September 3
UMVIM Team Leader training is for first-time mission team leaders who may have led teams in the past, or taken the training previously, and are seeking updated information. The training will take place on Zoom over four consecutive Thursday nights at 7:00 p.m. on September 3, 10, 17, and 24. Participants must attend all sessions to complete the training. Each session will be 1.5 to 2 hours long and focus on theology of mission, practical advice for leading a team, and tips for traveling with a team. The trainers will be various UMVIM Jurisdictional Coordinators. See link below to register. There is no cost to participate, but donations to UMVIM are appreciated.
