2026 Clergy Compensation Forms

Reminders: You MUST download the form and save it to your hard drive in order for the pensions and compensation totals to properly calculate. Do NOT complete the form on a browser view tab. These preview tabs will not allow you to edit or save information on your pdf.

Follow these steps:

1. Once you open the document, select the "download" or "save as" feature and save the form to your computer hard drive.  Do not save the form to ‘the cloud.’
2. Close your browser. This helps ensure you are not accessing the form from cloud storage.
3. Locate the file on your hard drive and open with Adobe Acrobat. (Substitute pdf programs, smart phones and MAC products may encounter difficulty displaying the form. It is recommended that you use Adobe Acrobat. You may need to change the default pdf reader setting on your device).
4. These forms do not save data automatically. Once you have entered your compensation information into the form, save the document again with a new name (i.e. Pastor Smith 2026 Comp).
5. Attach the saved document to an email (or whatever method you are using) and send to your district office.

Clergy should complete the Clergy 2026 Compensation form applicable to their appointment status as listed below:

• 2026 Comp 100-75% To be completed by all clergy serving at 75 or 100% status at a single church appointment.
• 2026 Comp 100–75% Multi-pt. To be completed by all clergy serving at 75% or 100% status at more than one church.
• 2026 Comp 50-25% To be completed by clergy serving at less than full time (25 % or 50% status).  This form should be used by pastors appointed to both one or more churches.
• Housing Exclusion Complete the section that pertains to your appointment, with or without a parsonage provided.
• Compass Contribution Election Form

Lay Servant Ministries

The Lay Servant Report should be completed and submitted to your pastor at least a month prior to the scheduled date of your church conference each fall. This report reflects the service of the conference year.

Audit Report

The annual audit of the church is due March 31.

Instructions for using 'fillable' pdfs.

• Download the form and save it to your computer as pertains to your church or pastor. (i.e. Adamsville 2016 LCPA or Brown 2016 CPA)
  
• Depending on what version of Adobe you are using you may or may not be able to save a copy as you work on it. 
  
• To ensure that you do not lose any data:
  • Complete a few a blanks and re-save the form. 
  • Completely close the program and then re-open the form on your computer as you saved it. (i.e. Adamsville 2016 LCPA). 
  • If your data is still on the form you are good to go. 
  • If your data is not there then you either need to upgrade your version of Adobe or contact your district office for other options.
• Of course you can always print the form blank and complete it by hand, but many of the district offices are requesting that all attempts be made to submit digital copies of the forms whether as a pdf,  word document (available through district office) or even scanned copies. Some districts are also requesting hard copies of the forms be submitted. If unsure please contact your district office.
