Who Are We?

One mission. Many distinctly different programs.

At East Ohio Camps we are focused on partnering with families and local congregations so that camp can be a part of the lives of the children, youth, and adults they send our way. The settings where faith comes alive are all different. The three sites:  Camp Aldersgate, Camp Asbury, Camp Wanake, and the Other Opportunities for Youth: CYF, ReachOut, and Institute, all provide excellent camping experiences, yet offer a variety of programs that celebrate their uniqueness.

Summer camp has always been a place for campers of all ages to enjoy the outdoors, learn new skills, have exciting experiences, and make lasting friendships, all while being guided by our skilled, creative, and compassionate staff. This summer, all three camp locations will focus on the theme "Super Power!" At camp, we will experience the power of the Holy Spirit working within and among us. We'll witness this power through the growth of the Holy Spirit's fruit in our lives and in the lives of our friends.

Along with this campers will have the opportunity in a safe environment to:

• build relationships with God, themselves, and others,
• practice making good decisions,
• try new things and develop skills,
• grow as a leader,
• experience positive role models, and
• live in Christian community.
