MISSIONS MINISTRIES RESOURCES
Members of the East Ohio Conference have free, unlimited access to MissionInsite, an online data system that empowers congregations by providing opportunities to map where church members, regular attendees, and visitors live in relation to their church building. This information is helpful in validating whether the church serves the neighborhood or the broader surrounding region and helps when creating small group ministries.
Be a church that prays, listens, discerns, and responds to the community! Use these amazing tools and resources together as clergy and laity to build connections and create impact in the world.

Relink.org is a web resource for the state of Ohio that helps connect resources to the people who need them. Help your church office staff know what help is available and find places for someone in your community to serve in missions and advocacy. If your church is not listed on this resource, contact Oneida Tidmore to be included. This resource is a wholistic approach to connecting people to resources and building and strengthening community. Full details are on the flyer below, contact Rev. Kathy Dickriede with any questions.
Right now, there are thousands of Afghans who assisted the United States during our 20-year war in Afghanistan who have been forced to abruptly leave their homes with their families and seek refuge in a strange, new country. EOC churches and organizations have already been in ministry with refugee communities and have begun collecting necessary items to help new friends and neighbors plant roots in our communities.

The East Ohio Conference Order of Deacons encourages pastors, congregations, and faith communities to participate in Global Migration Sunday and has developed the worship resource below for your church to use, either in its entirety or as elements of your worship service. This resource meets the shared vision of Conference clergy and laity to reach new and diverse people in bold and courageous ways so that we together can be God’s agents of transformation in our communities and throughout the world.
